Tonbogira is a dragonfly-themed monster of the Satan Empire and an antagonist in episode 27 of The Kagestar.
He is voiced by Ryuji Saikachi, who also voiced Spider Man in Kamen Rider.
Biography[]

Dressed as a clown, Tonbogira distributed flyers that would spew poison gas at the people who accepted them from him. One of the flyers was picked up by Takeshi, who brought it to Kageo and Suzuko at Kazamura Fishing Shop. It soon began spewing poison gas, but Kageo, Suzuko and Takeshi were able to escape the building just in time.
Kageo and Suzuko reported the incident to Inspector Tonda and began investigating. They tracked down Tonbogira and discovered he was the one behind it. Tonbogira however had taken Shinji and his parents hostage with some Satan Empire Combatants, leading Kageo and Suzuko transformed into Kagestar and Bellestar to free the family and fight Tonbogira and his minions. Kagestar chased after Tonbogira, but Tonbogira was able to hit him with his venomous spit and incapacitate him. As Bellestar brought her comrade to safety, Tonbogira fled the scene.
Tonbogira and a group of Satan Empire Combatants later attacked a group of schoolchildren attending an art class outdoors, but Kageo and Suzuko showed up to confront him. The two became Kagestar and Bellestar and battled Tonbogira and his combatants. Bellestar was able to send Tonbogira into a daze by swirling her finger, allowing her and Kagestar to gain the advantage. Tonbogira however was able to snap out of it eventually and attempted to flee. Kagestar tried to stop him by summoning his shadow and grabbing him with a giant shadow hand, but Tonbogira sprayed his spit on the shadow and repelled it. However, Kagestar tried again and used his shadow to cover Tonbogira's mouth so he couldn't spit. Kagestar then leapt through the air and hit Tonbogira to the ground with a "Kagestar Punch". After getting up, Tonbogira let out a cry of "Heil Satan!" before exploding.
