Topmaniac is a minor antagonist from Super Mario Galaxy. He is first encountered in Battlerock Galaxy and later reappears in Dreadnought Galaxy, serving as the main boss of both areas. He is the supreme leader of the Topman Tribe as well as the archenemy of the Gearmos, actively aiding Bowser and Bowser Jr. in taking over and plaguing their native systems.
Physical appearance[]
Topmaniac is a circular machine with a red, inner circle. When hit successfully once, it protrudes a jagged spinning disk.
Biography[]
In Super Mario Galaxy, Topmaniac is the leader of the Topman Tribe. In the first battle in the mission "Topmaniac and the Topman Tribe" in the Battlerock Galaxy, you need to defeat his minions, then jump on his head and push him into the lasers surrounding and rotating around the ring you're in. Once you do that three times, he will explode and leaved behind a Power Star.
In the second battle in the mission "Revenge of the Topman Tribe" in the Dreadnought Galaxy, you use the same steps, but he is a little harder to beat as he summons more minions and the electrical barrier you use to shock him is smaller.
