Torataro Okamine is a major antagonist of the Manga Date AST Like. He is president of the new organization antagonist in Date A Live; Okamine Heavy Industries. He appears first as a gentle, polite and above all a person of good man, but is in fact one of the most cruel and cold villains of the entire franchise. He is a extremaly anti-social person and is considered a powerful businessman who works in a business company that is located in Tengu. Mikie Okamine's Father is an extremely manipulative businessman and has a great intelligence that allowed him to create a battlefield.
Personality
He is a serious yet cold and ruthless person. He possesses great intelligence and much feared by other entrepreneurs, he is a cruel man like Sir Isaac Ray Peram Westcott. He is also very cruel with his own daughter, humiliating her in public and making her cry in the middle of the person, without even worrying about what she feels. He also shows no love or compassion to his own family, not even respecting Wizards who were on his command, and only uses it as a tool for personal gain.
History
No one knows anything about Mikie's father past, but at some point in his career, he created the Okamine Heavy Industries and quickly in secretly became a famous entrepreneur in Japan. Mikie was expelled by her father just beacuse Miki and Megumi are "useless" stepped errors multiplying and because she shamed the name of "Okamines", however, he only had problems how to treat his daughter.
Plot

Torataro Okamine makes his first appearance in the manga volume 2, during a restaurant where Mikie Okamine, Origami Tobiichi and Ryouko were disguising information to try to find the SSS members who were transferred from England to Japan, when it appeared he discovered the guise of Mikie and started abusing her psychologically about the whereabouts of Artemisia, however, Ryouko interrupted abuse and humiliation, after Mike's Father withdrew from the place he ordered their to go to onstage at the restaurant, where he said he would make a surprise.
After the moment had arrived, he made the members of the SSS and AST enter the stage without them knowing the identity of each other, Mikie's Father ordered their to fight until the death, after the battle had started he tried to kill Origami personally.
