Rakkaru, known as Torga in the English dub, is a minor antagonist in the movie special Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy. He is one of the Demons that invaded Mount Paozu after it was abandoned by the Son Family.
He was voiced by late Kazuyuki Sogabe in Japanese, Christopher R. Sabat in the Funimation dub and Paul Bandey in the AB Groupe dub.
Biography[]
Rakkaru is first seen camouflaged in Mamba's house in the form of a lamp when she targeted Goku Jr. and Puck. After Mamba fails to kill both, Rakkaru chases Goku Jr. through Mount Paozu to kill and eat him. Then he witness along his partners how Goku Jr. turns into a Super Saiyan and defeats Lord Yao. Rakkaru flees with Mamba and Getto and is not seen again.
