|~ Tornado Man|
Tornado Man resembles a man who has a green suit. His wrists contain white fan blades that let him use his weapon, the Tornado Blow. His serial number is DLN-066.
Dr. Light built Tornado Man in order to stave of powerful storms. When his period of use expired and he was scheduled to be scrapped, Tornado Man sought help. Dr. Wily offered to repair the robots, but instead reprogrammed them to become servants to take over the world once again.
Mega Man 9
Tornado Man will stay airborne throughout the battle. He will use his Tornado Blow, which is four gusts of wind which go upwards around him. Mega Man will have his jump height increased, but he must be careful because there are spikes on the ceiling. Tornado Man's weakness is the Plug Ball. Even though he is airborne, it will not be an issue because he stays near the ceiling, allowing the Plug Ball to hit him. Following his defeat, Tornado Man gives Mega Man the Tornado Blow. At the end of the game, he is seen with Mega Man smiling, implying his redemption.
Mega Man 10
While not physically present in Mega Man 10, Tornado Man is one of the Robot Masters to be mimicked in the Weapons Archive.
Tornado Man appears along with most of the classic Mega Man robots in the Worlds Collide event where he is part of Dr. Wily's and Dr. Eggman's robot army. He engages Mega Man, Sonic and their allies in battle. He joins a group of other robots in ganging up on Tails. All of these Robot Masters were later returned to their proper places in reality by Super Mega Man.
- Tornado Man was not originally going to be in the game. His place would have been taken by Weather Man. This Robot Master uses a weapon called the Hurricane Blow, which would have most likely been similar. His appearance is similar to a weather satellite.
- Tornado Man's stage music was featured in the first trailer for Mega Man 9.
