Tot Pop, real name Jessica Praise, is a major antagonist in Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited.
She is a rock star rogue magical girl who is Pythie Frederica's protege. Tot Pop, with Pfle's backing, orchestrated the prison breakout at Magical Kingdom, thus freeing Pukin and Sonia Bean from imprisonment. Along with them, she hunts down the assassin Rain Pow across B-City, coming in conflict with the Investigation Team.

Human Form[]
Although Jessica's appearance as a human is unknown, her name suggests that she is Western-looking, most likely from North America or Europe.
Magical Girl Form[]
Above the tips of Tot Pop's short blond hair, there is a vivid crimson stripe. She wears black and crimson earrings and has grayish-purple eyes. She holds up her short red hair with a spiked black bow.
She is dressed in a black and white striped tunic and a black choker with a silver buckle. Her tunic's first white stripe is patterned with black diamonds. There are also black diamond buttons on the bottom of her sleeves.
She is dressed in black shoes with a dark orange stripe and light blue pants with white bone motifs running down them.
Personality[]
Tot Pop is found to have a very optimistic outlook on the world and to be quite upbeat. As seen by her grief over the deaths of her warriors and her desire to reveal the sinister side of the Magical Kingdom, she possesses a strong sense of empathy and sympathy.
On the other hand, Tot is not a decent person in spite of these attributes, as seen by her joyful attacks on her enemies and her complicity in the torturing of innocent people. It should be mentioned that she is easy to talk to, forms strong friendships with anybody she meets, and is always willing to agree with others while disregarding her own personal beliefs.
Abilities[]
With Tot Pop's special guitar, she can make musical notes come to life. The note's size, hardness, speed, color, and damage delivered to the opponent all vary according to its tone and sound.
After hitting something, musical notes will bounce and reflect, then deteriorate over time as they travel around until they vanish.
Trivia[]
- She is the first magical girl in the series to be from the Western world than in Japan, albeit her country of origin is unknown.
- She can be seen as a contrast to Cranberry, as both of them similarly have sound-based powers. But while Cranberry uses sound exclusively, Tot Pop uses musical notes.
