Totsugeki Doubler (トツゲキダブラー Totsugeki Daburā, lit. Assault Doubler) is a minor antagonist of Uchuu Keiji Gavan who appears in episode 32. It is a sawshark-like Doubler who helps both San Dorva and Witch Kiba to set up a trap for Gavan and kill him.
It was voiced by late Eisuke Yoda, who also voiced Volcano Mask General Magman in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger, Shine in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai, Führer Taboo in Dai Sentai Goggle V, and Lu-Long, Parchis, Demost and Silver Shark in Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
Biography[]
After Gavan has destroyed Makuu's weapons convoy and later the fighters to stop them from attacking the space colony, San Dorva and Witch Kiba decide to set up a trap for Gavan in an unknown building to kill him, by luring him after kidnapping his loved ones like Kojiro Oyama and the Fuji siblings. When Retsu arrived and went inside the building, he went to fought against Totsugeki Doubler and the Crushers before he was confronted by San Dorva. After Retsu rescued Kojiro and the Fuji siblings, the Doubler immediately went to attack him and shoved him inside the room where his friends were trapped, before leaving him to get tortured by Witch Kiba. But luckily, Retsu managed to survive from this kind of torture after transforming into Gavan and escaped from the room. While fighting against the Doubler, Gavan had to call upon Gavin to deal with the fighters and later attacked the Doubler.
After they're dragged into a Makuu Space, both Gavan and the Doubler are continued to fight before the fighters are later arrived to back up the latter. Gavan called upon Dol to deal with the fighters before went back to fight the Doubler, until he finished off the latter with Gavan Dynamic.
