Touka Satomi is the main antagonist of the mobile game and anime series Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story. She is one of the three leaders of the Wings of Magius, an organization which seeks to prevents Magical Girls from becoming Witches, and of the trio the most powerful and influential.
She is voiced in Japanese by Rie Kugimiya and in the English dub by Michelle Marie.
Appearance[]
Touka Satomi is short and has long waist-length russet hair tied with a black ribbon on the right and russet eyes. In her magical girl outfit she wears a gothic lolita dress which is black on the outside, contains a red and gold corset-esque design around the waist and on the inside is dark red at the bottom and white at the top, red and black boots, black thigh high socks, and a cravat around her collar held in place by a red ribbon.
When in casual clothing Touka wears a light dress which is coloured brown on the outside and white on the inside, brown slippers, and a butterfly pin in her hair replacing the black ribbon from her magical girl outfit.
Personality[]
Touka Satomi is endowed with an advanced intelligence despite being only 12 years of age, and stands out as the most prominent leader of the Wings of Magius due to her charismatic speechmaking, leadership skills and family wealth. She has a cocky and sometimes arrogant personality, being prone to showing off her knowledge and often refusing to listen to the points of view of others. Despite her precociousness, Touka ultimately lacks maturity, being ill-tempered and having a tendency of lashing out at others when things don't go her way.
Though she can show a softer side and affection for close friends such as Ui and Nemu, she is frequently self-centered and possesses a lack of empathy for others, a trait taken to nearly sociopathic extremes during her time as a Magius where she talked casually and cheerfully of brainwashing others and mass murder, regarded the lives of magical girls as more important than those of ordinary humans, treated her followers as expendable and repeatedly mocked Iroha's pleas for her to stop her actions. In spite of this she showed remorse for her actions following the return of her memories of Ui, even seeking a death penalty for herself when put on trial by the Eternal Sakura.

- The design of Touka's magical girl outfit, along with those of fellow Magius members Nemu Hiiragi and Alina Gray, are themed around a prison, with Touka's design representing the bars.
