Tracy's Father is a supporting antagonist in the 1991 film Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare. He is the father of protagonist Tracy Swan.
He was portrayed by the late Peter Spellos.
Biography[]
Tracy's father was a single man. He often harassed and molested his daughter. This happened during her early years as a teenager. Eventually, he died from an unknown cause. As a result, Tracy was placed in an orphanage. During Tracy's years in the orphanage, she became bitter and violent which was caused by the tragic experience with her father.
Years later, Tracy had a nightmare. She dreamed that she was back in her old home. Her father suddenly appeared and asked her for some "honey". He then rubbed her hand. Tracy turned around and pushed him onto the floor. She used a nearby coffee maker to beat him repeatedly while saying "You're not my dad! He's dead!" A moment later, he rose up and morphed into child killer Freddy Krueger - revealing that Freddy was haunting Tracy by pretending to be her father. She tried to attack him but he was too strong for her. With no other alternative, she woke up by burning her hands on a stove top in the nightmare. Tracy's father wasn't seen or mentioned again.
Trivia[]
