Tracy Reed was the main villainess in "I Want My Baby Back," from Reaper's second and final season.
She was played by Heather Doerksen.
In life, Tracy Reed was a serial killer who thought she was a vampire; acting on her delusions by drinking the blood of her victims. She escapes from Hell to keep her baby from being left alone, but Sam is sent by The Devil to her home to return her to hell, with the use of a wooden stake as a vessel. Sam, Sock, and Ben encounter Tracy, who sprouts vampire fangs and attacks the trio. While Tracy is trying to bite Sock, Sam stakes her and returns her to Hell.
