Tree Fairy Boccha is a minor villain in the video game The Witch and the Hundred Knight.
Biography[]
Past[]
Tree Fairy Boccha is a fairy that lives in the forest around the Niblhenne. He was originally offered gifts by the local villagers in exchange for their safety and stability, however, when they became self-sufficient, they stopped offering gifts and ignored him, making Boccha angry towards all humans.
Eventually, Boccha would discover the Pillar of Temperance and become its protector in exchange for vast magical power.
The Witch and the Hundred Knight[]
While Visco and her allies are searching for the three ingredients needed for the cure to her canine curse, Boccha talks to Visco, telling her that he knows how to find Tragedy Extract which is one of the three ingredients.
Before telling her where the Tragedy Extract is, Boccha tells a story about a knight who is one day away from retiring with his wife and children before he dies on a mission, revealing that it's one of Visco's allies, Wedge. Visco rushes to save him from a monster with Boccha trying to talk Visco into letting him die by pointing out how he was talking about Visco behind her back, however, Metallia tells the Hundred Knight to save him.
Boccha then tells another story about how a knight died while trying to earn money to pay for his sick mother's treatment, revealing that this is Visco's other ally, Biggs. When a monster attacks Biggs, Visco takes the attack instead, being lethally wounded and Biggs runs away.
Hundred Knight then fights against Boccha under Metallia's orders, both to save Visco and to make the Pillar of Temperance appear. In the end, Hundred Knight beats Boccha and breaks the Pillar of Temperance, leaving Boccha powerless. Metallia appears to finish off Boccha who explains his backstory, much to Metallia's annoyance as she disregards it.
Boccha tries to escape by using his mind manipulating powers to force Metallia's own thoughts to destroy her, however, Metallia reverses the spell, causing Boccha's mind to destroy him, killing him instantly.
