Troglor is a secondary antagonist in the Smiling Friends episode Gwimbly: Definitive Remastered Enhanced Extended Edition DX 4K (Anniversary Director's Cut).

He is the new mascot of Insane Groundbreaking Games and the IGBG CEO's partner-in-crime, but later redeems himself and teams up with Gwimbly after the CEO dies.

He is voiced by Joshua Tomar, who also voices Youpi in Hunter x Hunter, and the cop from Class of '09.

Appearance[]

Troglor is a giant hulking humanoid with dark blue skin, red eyes, and a skull-like face. Covering his body is green armor and his left arm has been converted into a gun that can shoot lasers. He also has a giant alien skull of unidentified origin as part of his armor.

Role in episode[]

The CEO tells Gwimbly that he is "old" and "outdated" and introduces him, Pim, and Allan to Troglor, the new mascot of IGBG. He shoots a laser in the CEO's office in an attempt to intimidate the trio, but the CEO gets enraged by this and tells him off. Later, when the trio is mourning Mr. Millipede's death, the CEO and Troglor ambush them and chase them back to the office where James is antagonizing Charlie.

The CEO orders Troglor to shoot James, but he refuses as the CEO previously told him not to shoot inside. James stabs the CEO in the head, killing him. After the CEO's demise, Gwimbly and Troglor befriend one another and star in a crossover fighting game together.

Trivia[]

  • Design-wise, he resembles a parody of Master Chief, the Doomslayer, Samus Aran, and the Space Marines from Warhammer 40k.
