The Troll Minosaur is a minor antagonist in Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger, appearing as the main antagonist of Episode 10. It is a troll-themed Minosaur created by the Druidon Tribe from the negative emotions of Kenta Mori, based on his guilt over getting into a street fight that crippled his close friend Shoji Kawamura, and wishing to have been the one to have taken the blow instead.
Biography[]
The Troll Minosaur made its first appearance in a forest, battling the red and blue Ryusoulgers, gaining the advantage because it can take on the attacks that the Ryusoulger are dealing with. However, due Kureon accidentally attackinh the Troll Minosaur, it chased her away.
The Troll Minosaur appeared under the bridge and it attacked Asuna, the Pink Ryusoulger before it retreated along with its host. A while later, it appeared at a factory where it battled the blue, red, green and black Ryusoulger, but the four rangers can't deal any damage to that minosaur. Soon, when Kenta Mori produced more negative emotion, the Troll Minosaur grown to giant size and it battled the KishiRyuOh Ankyloze. Thanks to Asuna's clumsiness, the hole on the right arm of the Troll Minosaur has been clogged, and then it was destroyed by KishiRyuOh Ankyloze's Ankyloze Bomber technique.
Personality[]
Troll Minosaur was a ruthless, barbaric, savage and dimwitted creature, who will stop at nothing to destroy the Ryusoulgers and help his masters Wizeru and Kureon conquer the Earth. This Minosaur was a fighting themed and was thrill-seeking monster, who desired to find a worthy opponent and fight until he would die. However, he wasn't actually evil because he was extremely dimwitted and almost lacked any ability to talk. While he was able to say some words, but his speaking ability was primitive and was on the beginning level, and so be was only speaking in roars and grunts for most of the time. But he was also loyal to Kureon and loyally obeyed him, without questioning, albeit it should be noted that he was programmed to serve him.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Power Absorption and Reflection: The Troll Minosaur is able to absorb kinetic energy from its opponents's attacks and then reflect them back through its right arm hole.
- Enlarging: The Troll Minosaur can enlarge itself with its host's negative energy.
- Durability: Due to its rock-like body, the Troll Minosaur is extremely durable.
Arsenal[]
- Arm Hole Shields: The Troll Minosaur sports a small geyser-style shield on each arm. The left one absorbs the attack, and the right redirects the attack.
Weaknesses[]
- Blockage: If something is clogged in the hole on any of its arm shields, it will not able able to absorb and reflect its opponent's attacks.

- The Troll Minosaur is the first troll-themed monster since Hades Beast Troll from 2006 TV series called Mahou Sentai Magiranger.
- Troll Minosaur is based on the troll , a mythical cave-dwelling being depicted in folklore as either a giant or a dwarf, typically having a very ugly appearance.
- The Troll Minosaur's EXP value (848) is a goroawase pun. It can be read as ha (8) - shi (4) - ya (8), meaning "bridge dweller", mirroring mythological habitat of trolls.
