Biography[]
Troy is one of the bullies on Bullworth Academy, and one of the most sadistic ones as he finds bullying students "incredibly amusing". He enjoys watching mindless violence on television, and according to fellow bully Davis, is very good at darts. He wants to join the army when he is older, and claims he takes steroids.
His dialogues implies that he is either bisexual or homosexual, as he seems to attracted to boys, particularly Russell Northrop, the leader of his clique. In one of his knocked out dialogues, he says that he loves Russell but later reluctantly adds that "as a friend".
Bully[]
He plays a minor role in Chapter 1 as a backup for his clique. He is seen in the first mission while chasing Pedro De La Hoya, a young student. In Halloween, he wears a mask that has Edna's face on it, and appears with Russell, were they both laugh at Pete being stuck in a garbage can.
During the mission "Character Sheets", he is one of the bullies who steals Melvin's character sheets from him. He teases Bucky Pasteur, a nerd, with it, at the side of the boys dorm before Jimmy comes, saying "There's no such thing as magic, dweeb". He is also with Trent Northwick at the side of the library when Jimmy finds them, and Trent gets Jimmy to play Troy at ro-sham-bo. If Jimmy gets up, they both run away abandoning the character sheets, if he doesn't, they walk away and he has to beat them up to get the character sheets back. He also backs up Davis at the auto shop for the other character sheet.
