Truckules is a minor antagonist in The Venture Brothers. He is a large supervillain based around both a truck and the mythical Greek hero Hercules. He serves as a member of the Guild of Calamitous Intent.
Truckules was a large truck-themed supervillain based on Hercules, who, at an unknown point, joined the Guild of Calamitous Intent. He was first mentioned in the episode "Hate Floats", before properly appearing in the episode "Fallen Arches". He then goes on to make numerous appearances throughout the series. It is then revealed in one episode that Dr. Girlfriend used to work as a number two for Truckules, and he taught her how to hotwire anything. Even though he was a supervillain, Truckules was thoughtful enough to earn a place as being a guest at The Monarch's wedding. There, he knew that his large, truck-cab like body would take up two seats. Later on, Truckules also tried out for The Order of the Triad, but was not chosen to try out.
Truckules made his last appearance in the series in the episode "Any Which Way But Zeus", where he and many other characters are kidnapped by Henchman Zero, a former henchman of the Monarch. At the end of the episode however, he and the other kidnapped characters are freed and he is shown running in freedom along with the other characters.

Truckules' name is a portmanteau of the words "Truck" and "Hercules", the latter being a famous hero of Greek myth.
