Tsabo Tavoc was a Phyrexian General from Magic: the Gathering. She came from a race of humanoid creatures with the bodies of spiders and all of her species members had four arms. She was captured by the Phyrexians and she became the general that led them during the early phases of the invasion of Dominaria. She aspired to overthrow Crovax and become the new Evincar of Rath.
History[]
Most of Tsabo's life on Phyrexia is unknown, but her first task on Dominaria was to attack the city of Benalia. There she encountered the Weatherlight Crew and they immediately clashed. The crew barely managed to survive by disabling her legs and escaping before she recovered. She found them again, but the same thing happened. Tsabo then traveled to the Caves of Koilos where she led the Phyrexians during the first major battle of the invasion. The Phyrexians coordinated their movements to make the Metathran believe they escaped the cave. This was a trap and the leader of the Metathran Thaddeus was killed. Tsabo then vivisected him to determine if the Metathran were of any use to them. During the battle's pinnacle, Tsabo managed to mind control Gerrard Capashen and made him believe that she was his mother. She attempted to bring Gerrard to Phyrexia as a present for Yawgmoth, but was stopped by the silver golem Karn and the goblin Squee. The two broke Tsabo's legs and Gerrard stabbed her chest which forced her retreat.
Tsabo managed to find a portal to Phyrexia and returned to be repaired. Unfortunately due to her failure, weaker parts were used to fix her. She was to report to Crovax who took her position. In truth, he sentenced Tsabo to death and Crovax gained her power.
