Tugboat is a major antagonist in the Plants vs. Zombies Comics and the secondary antagonist in the third sequel Plants vs. Zombies 3.
He is a dimwitted Zombie who is appeared as an one-shot antagonist along with Frogpantz and Nigel Blimpbottom. He is Dr. Zomboss' right-hand Browncoat Zombie.

Tugboat (along with Nigel Blimpbottom and Frogpantz) appeared as recurring antagonists in the comics, serving as his undead henchmen.
Plants vs. Zombies 3[]
Tugboat appeared as a secondary antagonist in Plants vs. Zombies 3. He is Dr. Zomboss' Right-Hand who was seen Sitting and Sleeping in Crazy Dave's Pool Chair and he was the one helped Zomboss to take control of Mo. He also sometimes sneaks into the yard to see what Crazy Dave and Patrice is doing so he can tell Dr. Zomboss about it.
Personality[]
He is a dimwitted zombie who can only say "Tugboat" when he tries to talk. He also shown to be loyal to Zomboss, willing to carry his orders, yet one instance was him sleeping on a floatie, proving his laziness.
