Biography[]
During the Clone Wars, Hondo Ohnaka's gang captured Sith Lord Count Dooku and offered to turn him in to the Republic in exchange for a million credits in spice. Jedi Knights Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker traveled to Florrum to verify if the pirates had indeed captured Dooku. There, Turk Falso scanned them for hidden weapons and led them to Hondo. When Obi-Wan confirmed the capture of Dooku, Palpatine sent Senator Kharrus and Jar Jar Binks on a mission to Florrum to pay the ransom.
Turk wanted to hand Dooku over to the Separatists instead, believing dealing with them would be more profitable, but Hondo disagreed. Turk then decided to betray Hondo and take the ransom for himself. He had his own faction of pirates shoot down the ship carrying the spice, killing Kharrus and the clone pilots. Turk and his men went to the ship's wreckage and stole the spice. They briefly fought Jar Jar Binks and the surviving clone troopers, but were later defeated and the Republic retrieved the spice.
Upon returning to base, Turk told Hondo that the Republic had not brought the spice, but instead an army to free the Jedi (who were captured as well). He asked if he could send in tanks for a counterattack. Turk and his men failed to kill Jar Jar and the clones, and one of their tanks destroyed the power supply lines of the pirate outpost instead. Knowing that Hondo would soon figure out his betrayal, Turk attempted to flee in a ship. However, Dooku, who had escaped, manipulated Turk into shooting fellow pirate Barb Mentir and choked him to death using the Force.
