~ Tutor asking Taskmaster to kill Moon Knight |
The Tutor, also known as Kenneth, is the secondary antagonist of the ninth volume of Moon Knight. He is a vampire that created a pyramid vampire scheme named the Structure, where he gets to kidnap multiples people to transform into vampires and others to feed those, while also getting them to transform more people so that his group would always exist even if a lot of them die. He gets in conflict with Moon Knight, as his kidnappings in New York get to the ears of the anti-hero.
Biography[]
The Tutor, was once a normal guy named Kenneth, who one day got in contact with the vampire Lady Yulan, presenting his ideas about vampirism, and how he see it as the next step in human evolution, after that, he used one of Lady Yulan's wives to transform himself into a vampire and left that place. 5 years later, he came back to New York, after getting a lot of people transformed into vampires, founding an organization named the Structure, which would get dozens of people transformed into vampires, and dozens more would be used to feed the new vampires, becoming a pyramide scheme type of organization. As he continued his organization, he threatened Lady Yulan to not get in conflict with him, as if she does, he will get Yi Yang (former boss of Yulan) to know about her location, not caring at all for how many people would she killed to get to her.
After Moon Knight started to attack at his organization, freeing people and killing a lot of the members of his group, Tutor decided to hire Taskmaster to kill Moon Knight, not exactly for Moon Knight's attacks, but because he got two vampires to work with him, becoming competency for Tutor's Structure. However, Taskmaster would decide to decline the offer, warning him of how dangerous Moon Knight is, something that Tutor decided to ignore, hiring two assassins named Nemean and Grand Mal to do the job, as they weren't as known as other assassins, and they accept the job.
Later on, after Moon Knight got almost killed by his assassins and Hunter's Moon got apparently killed by them, Tutor got into a meeting with a good amount of vampires of the world, including some that representated the group of vampires of Dracula, presenting them the idea of his Structure, planning to get to a worldwide scale. In that moment, Moon Knight and Tigra got there, with the defeated assassins, causing a fight where the two heroes would end up killing all of the vampires there with holy water, including Tutor, who cowardly tried to join Moon Knight to survive.
