Twisted Freddy Fazbear is the titular secondary antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's: The Twisted Ones. He is an alternative counterpart to Freddy Fazbear and one of the twisted animatronics created by William Afton.

Biography
Backstory
In an unknown year before 1995 he was created by William Afton, co-founder of Freddy's and serial child killer, and hidden inside Henry Emily's workshop. When a storm destroys the basement the bear, togheter with Twisted Bonnie, Twisted Foxy and Twisted Wolf, they escape and they start looking for Charlie Emily.
Five Nights at Freddy's: The Twisted Ones
Twisted Freddy is first found by the protsagonist buried inside the backyard of a woman's house. He reappears when Charlie comes to an house of the forest. Twisted Freddy captures her inside his chest cavity, and then he takes her to an underground pizzeria, where Charlie manages to escape. Later, the bear starts to chase Charlie's friends, but he is defeated and apparently de. After the nderground building collapses, Twisted Freddy's legs are torn apart, but, unknown to everyone, he remains active. When Charlie goes trough a tunnel behind his dad's house, and she finds a door identical to the one that appeared in his dreams, the bear comes out of the ground and he forcefully stuffs her inside his body once again, this time apparently killing his victim.
Appearance
He is clearly based on Nightmare Freddy being some sort of demonic version of the already demonic looking Freddy. He has a black hat and like the original Nightmare Freddy, he has a bow tie. Just like the other twisted animatronics, he is extremely damaged. Like Nightmare Fredbear, he has a second mouth located on his chest. The button on his chest appears to be its nose. Like Nightmare Chica, he appears to have two set of sharp teeth with gums and his fingers end with sharp claws. He appears to have some sort of mutations on his left arm and ear.
