Biography[]
At some point before the show's events, Tyler had a daughter whom he abused, with him even causing her to gain scratches all over her body. However, he was not arrested due to lack of evidence, so Robin went after him to punish him for his actions.
While Robin was following him, Tyler decided to deal drugs to a group of gangsters, since he didn't know he was being followed. During the deal, he hid the drugs in a stuffed teddy bear, and when the gang members asked him why the drugs were pink, Tyler told them that it was because "the kids loved it".
Robin would then appear, and told them to lower their guns and give Tyler to him. They would then look around them to see where Batman was, but after realizing that Robin was all alone, they tried to kill him. However, when Robin started beating up and killing the other gang members, Tyler tried to run away by getting to his car.
Despite this, Robin would stop him when he was trying to start the car, and told him that he would find Tyler if he ever touched his daughter again before knocking him unconscious. The next day, after the violent fight in the alley was revealed to the public, the mayor of Detroit would try to tell Robin to leave the city, saying that he was just a violent sociopath and nothing else.
