Moff Ubrik Adelhard is a minor antagonist in the epic space opera franchise Star Wars, appearing as the main antagonist of the 2015 action role-playing mobile game Star Wars: Uprising. He is set to return in the 2024 comic miniseries Star Wars: The Battle of Jakku: Insurgency Rising.
He was the Imperial Governor of the Anoat Sector who refused to accept the demise of Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader as the end of the Empire. To prevent his citizens from learning the truth of the Empire's defeat, he started the Iron Blockade, locking down the entire sector and isolating them from any outside news.
He is voiced by Neil Kaplan, who has also voiced Madara Uchiha in Naruto and Duke Inferno in Honkai: Star Rail.

Ubrik Adelhard was a Human male with light skin and brown eyes. He had short, swept back brown hair and a full brown beard. On account of his age, Adelhard's hair was greying and he had wrinkles on his face.
As an official of the Galactic Empire, Moff Adelhard typically wore a customized version of an Imperial officer's uniform. His uniform consisted of white pants flared at the thighs, black knee-high leather boots, dark grey gloves, and a long-sleeved short-skirted tunic fastened with a white belt. The lower part of the tunic was white and everything above and including the chest area was dark grey. He also wore simple metal epaulets and a standard insignia plaque over his left breast that denoted his rank.
Biography[]
Ubrik Adelhard was a Human male who lived during the Imperial Era, the period of time in which a majority of the known galaxy was ruled by an oppressive fascist government called the Galactic Empire. He believed strongly in the Empire, seeing it as a necessity for keeping peace and order in the galaxy. At some point, Adelhard enlisted in the military of the Empire and joined the ranks of the Stormtrooper Corps, an elite and disciplined force of soldiers that served as the face of the Imperial Military. From his position as a Stormtrooper, Adelhard progressively worked up the ranks of the Imperial Military.
Prior to the year 0 BBY, Adelhard became a junior advisor in the Imperial Military. He received word that a base of dissidents against the Empire had taken root on Anoat, the eponymous capital planet of the Anoat space sector. Despite the planet being a vastly populated cityscape, Adelhard had his forces bombard the entire world with toxic gases until it became uninhabitable. The dissidents were wiped out in the process, and the incident was referred to as an "industrial accident." At some point afterwards, Adelhard became one of the few ex-Stormtroopers to be promoted to the position of "General."
By 4 ABY, Adelhard was promoted to the position of "Moff" and made the governor of the Anoat sector. As the governor of the Anoat sector, Adelhard had control over the Anoat sector fleet and still had a strong tie to the Imperial Military due to his past as a Stormtrooper.
Following the Battle of Endor, in which the Rebel Alliance successfully destroyed both the Death Star II and the Emperor, the news of the Empire's defeat spread throughout the galaxy. Nonetheless, the Empire insisted these reports were mere fabrications created by the Rebel Alliance. When Adelhard heard the truth of the Emperor's death, he started the Iron Blockade in the Anoat sector, declaring that anyone who disobeyed the Empire's rule would face his wrath.
The Iron Blockade caused an uprising against the Empire by the collective forces of rebels, bounty hunters, smugglers and so more. Adelhard's Right-Hand man Commander Bragh and his elite Purge Troopers fights againts the uprisers.
