He was an ex Bodybulder who in the title of Mr. Planet in 1977, but for unkowns reason most likely because it was overtaken by other competitors in later years and began to plot his revenge, he reitere and created a proteine company where he start to creat the formula of the Bulky Bar a chocolate flavored energy bar, that in secreat had an unkown formula that made who consumed addictive and begin a transformation that causes them to grow in height and their muscle mass to increase drastically. They would become extremely violent and attack anyone in sight. If more bars were consumed, the growth would continue, causing the person to become a giant. If enough of them were eaten, the consumer would explode.
Totally Spies[]
He start to send the Bulky Bar to bodybulders who already had a reputation to get rid of them, his first victime was a Robert Beefcake renowned bodybuilder residing at Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. After he ate the bulky bar he start to attack the people of the beach.
After his second victime Raymond, Alex boyfriend goes beserks too, Alex put them a tracking device, they tracking him to Austria, where Ulrich capture Raymond and Robert in a cages that had a automatic feeder full of Bulky Bars. When the spies arrive in his lair, he trap them and reveals his plan to sending all the best bodybulders bulky bar and then trap them in his lair in the same cages to made them ate bulky bars until his bodys explotes, so he can coming out of retirement and had no competitors that surpass it.
When the girls gets out of his trap and stop Raymond and Robert to continue eating, Ulrich already had others bodybulders under the effects of the bulky bar, that promes more if they stop the spies.
Alex take a bulky bar so she can have the same strength that the affecteve bodybuldersscues his friends, Ulrich fight back but in the end Alex defeat him and he is detained and arrested by the WOOHP's agentes.
Personality[]
Ulrich is overconfident man who love his body and himself, longs to return to its past glories but he is very insecure about himself, posible because he believes younger and stronger opponents will surpass him, so he start sending a Bulky bars so they can goes beserks and he can get rid of his competition. He has no problem that his Bulky bars is killing his opponents if they consume a lot of them, he only wants to get ride of all the bodybulders who can surpass.
Ulrich seems to have very outdated ideas about women, since he never sees the spies as a threat, telling them that girls had to only smile or put them in a trap harder to escape, also he posible never tries to send a bulky bar to any female bodybulder, but this is posible becouse in the bodybulders compitation more of the time they separate by his gender. That explain why Alex effects of the bulky bar stay more longer that with Raymond, when the give them the cure.

- Posible, the topic of his formula of bulky bar is an allegory for steroids, since the effects of increasing muscle mass and making those who consume it violent are the same as the drug.
- Ulrich Wernerstein is a parody of Arnold Schwarzenegger, having an strong Australian accent just like him.
