Ultra-Robots are the main antagonist of the episode Episode XVIII: Jack and the Ultra-robots of the show Samurai Jack.
They are a group of deadly robots created by a scientist, Extor, and programmed by Aku to kill Samurai Jack.
They are voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Background[]
The Ultra-robots were created by Extor to be a powerful assassin robots that was programmed to kill Samurai Jack, and it was fuel by Aku's essence in hope that his village was spared from destruction. However, Aku broke his promise and used those robots to lay waste to those villages who are consists of robots or cat-like humanoids.
Personality[]
While they are programmed to serve Aku, they seem to have a sense of sadism and arrogance when they laid waste to those villages, and they manage to give Jack a difficult time to defeat him that they believe to be superior. However when Jack proves them wrong, they were in total disbelief.
Synopsis[]
After laying waste to those villages and the people, they hide as baskets in the middle of the desert wait for Jack. While they wait, Jack arrives to the destruction of those villages and investigate around until he finally encounters those Ultra-robots. The Ultra-robots reveal themselves and their reasons for laying waste to those villages. This becomes a battle as Jack is having a hard time battling them, due to their fighting knowledge, adamantium bodies, and different types of weapons. Jack has no choice, but to retreat and encounters Extor while the Ultra-robots is looking for him.
Jack returns to fight the Ultra-Robots, now with a power gauntlet, which he received from Extor, who wants to undo his mistake, This fight allows Jack to overpower most of the robots, but the power gauntlet run out of power before he could have confronted the last one, Samurai Ultra-Robot. The Samurai Ultra-Robot manages to give Jack a hard time believing he is superior. Jack decides to pray for ancestors to forge his sword to be powerful as the Ultra-robot is ready to deliver the final kill, but the former manages to get his sword powerful to deliver the final kill, which made the latter shocked by it. After all the Ultra-robots are defeated, the Aku's essence leave those body and tries to escape, but Jack destroys them, which the source felt pain.
