Biography[]
Ultra Greed makes its sole appearance in Greed Mode's unique final stage called the Shop. Before the room facing it, a mini-boss room appears where various Greed, Super Greed, Wrath and Monstro bosses spawn. Once they are defeated, Isaac faces the final boss room where they fight the Ultra Greed. The boss mainly forms its attacks based on coin, such as firing coin projectiles and spawning special coins that help it bomb around, open the doors of Greed Gapers or heal the boss' life. It also charges and spins Isaac away upon sight. Once it is defeated, Ending 18 will unlocked.
Ultra Greed has also a stronger form called Ultra Greedier, which can be unlocked by depositing 500 coins in the Greed Machine appearing at the end of boss stage. Once Ultra Greed is defeated in its first form, it transforms into a golden statue, making itself Ultra Greedier. It projects explosive coins and golden brimstone beams from the door, performs great leaps that trigger bomb coins and rock waves. Defeating it once unlocks Ending 19.
