~ Bill about Akame and Kurome's training.

Bill, also known as Uncle Bill, is a minor antagonist in the anime/manga series Akame Ga Kill!, as well as the main antagonist of the prequel manga series Akame ga Kill! Zero. He is a mysterious individual who was working under the The Empire in charge of training several groups of poor orphaned children to become assassins.

He was voiced by Yōji Ueda in Japanese and the late Christopher Ayres (who also voiced Daidara) in English.

Appareance[]

Bill was a bald middle-aged man who wears a monocle over his left eye, he is dressed in an white cloak with golden yellow stripes, an black belt with a grey buckle & an light purple scarf.

Personality[]

As one would expect from someone who supports the Empire (in which they are all corrupt and greedy), Bill is the opposite being a calm, cold-hearted calculated man without scruples. He is also amoral to euthanize members, this explains the fact he has experimental drugs tested on children and forces them to drug or either kill them. He made them kill prisoners so that they would lose their innocence at an early age. Furthermore, he seems to have no affection towards the children at all. He disposed of Remus as she was useless and he punished the Group of Terror for not being "perfect".

Biography[]

Akame Ga Kill![]

Bill only appears in a flashback in Episode 17, eight years ago in the Gifonola forest. He was the supervisor for the Group of Terror, but unlike Gozuki, he would treat the five inhumanely, locking them up when they didn't succeed easily. After their first mission turned out to be disastrous, Gozuki euthanized Remus due to her being the weak link of the group. To make them stronger, he lets them dope by drugging Kurome.

Akame Ga Kill! Zero[]

After some preparations to turn the members of the Group of Terror into actual assassins, he gave them their first mission. They were supposed to kill spies who would walk towards them on a predetermined path. The mission, while successful, was not "perfect" because Wu Ming was assassinated, leaving them the only group with casualties. As punishment, he took away their medicines and drugs and locked them in a dark room in the basement. Upon learning that Remus , who was severely injured, could no longer be an assassin, he "disposed of" her.

After a while he asked Gozuki for help as he sent his groups on a mission, but there's underwhelming surprise when Gozuki find out that he was contacted by Saikyuu the Prime Minister Honest's aid and cohort to assassinate the Night Raid's leader Najenda,as Akame seek into Bill headquarters assassinate him and his assistant he later fought Akame as Bill reveals to secretly hides a drug in his molar that when ingested enhances his physical power and causing him to turn into a muscular monster, though his attempt to attack Akame. She killed them instantly in one single poisonous slash by Murasame, ending her horrifying threats once and for all.

Powers and Abilities[]
