Uncle Blobb is the main antagonist of the 3-2-1 Penguins! episode The Amazing Carnival of Complaining. He's an obese alien who owns and runs (seemingly by himself) a carnival on a moon. This carnival he runs however only exists for his guests to NOT enjoy it, but for him to ruin it for them by telling them why each ride is actually really boring, he makes his guests unhappy so he can turn them into seeds to send to other planets so their complaining can make life worse, which he then causes residents to leave, causing his real estate business to become more successful.
After his plan failed he actually escaped, and faced no punishment for his actions, however the light hearted nature of the show probably means he caused no more trouble and changed his evil ways.
Personality
Uncle Blobb is a seemingly polite carnival barker who let's guests in and sings with them about the fun of his carnival, however this is a ploy for him to slowly aggravate his customers and disappoint them into a state of non stop complaining. When his real plan is exposed, he shows that he takes joy in his real job even knowing that his costumers that he turned into seeds are going to be "disposed of" after his plan goes through, making him one of the few characters from Big Idea that would actually kill people.
