Uncle Rupee is the main antagonist of the 2006 action-adventure video game Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.
He is a demon who gains power off of Hyrule's currency, Rupees. He is also responsible for the creation of the Tingle race, cursing people into becoming Tingles. While people voluntarily become Tingles to go to a paradise called "Rupeeland", this is nothing but a hoax by Uncle Rupee.

- If Tingle rescues Pinkle from her imprisonment prior to the fight against Uncle Rupee, the latter will be wearing a pink suit in the first phase of the fight rather than a green suit.
- In the event that Uncle Rupee defeats Tingle, the result of this is shown in a what-if game called Bad Uncle Rupee's Ashen Rupeeland.
