Under, previously referred as the Negator Hunters by readers, are major antagonists of the action manga and anime series Undead Unluck. They are a vengeful organization who opposes the Union. It is later revealed that Billy Alfred is secretly the leader of the organization and betrays the Union.

History[]
Under was founded by Billy, Tella, and Creed following to being abandoned in a war. Billy later joined the Union but secretly aimed to steal all Negator abilities and still being the leader of Under. Later on, Under and the Union joined forces against Spring and later during Ragnarok. Billy revealed his true power, but each Negators perished protecting Fuuko. In the next loop, Under ceased to exist due to past tragedies being prevented.
