Uorlian is an Action Commander of the Space Empire Zangyack and an antagonist in episode 19 of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
He is voiced by Akio Suyama, who also voiced Demebakuto in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, Cytomander the Swift in Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Zamza in the 2020 Adventure of Dai anime.

Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger[]
He is a skeletal Action Commander with a fish skeleton for a gauntlet, Uorlian is deployed to fish out the "skeletons" out of humans to rendering them extremely lazy, so much so that they couldn't do much other than lie on the ground, as so to remove any resistance. Defeated by GokaiSilver using the Gokai Legendream Final Wave in Gold Mode, an enlarged Uorlian is then destroyed by Goujyujin.
Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen[]
He is one of the many monsters in the Dai-Zangyack army, which eventually fought against an army of Super Sentai and Kamen Riders. he is seen aproaching ShinkenPink, fighting Battle Kenya, and fighting almost all of the Dengeki Sentai Changeman.
