Highness Duke Org Ura is a nasal themed Highness Duke Org of the Ogre Tribe Org and a major antagonist in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, being the main antagonist of the second arc of the show between episodes 15 and 31. He is the one responsible for awakening Rouki and the re-emergence of GaoSilver.
He was voiced by Tamotsu Nishiwaki who also later voiced Scoop Banki from Engine Sentai Go-Onger and the Cambrima from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.
Biography[]
Past[]
As with all Orgs, Ura formed several thousand years ago from the anger and hatred expressed by humans and desired to conquer the world and turn it into thier paradise. This brought them into conflict with the Animarium and they went to war with Ura, Shuten and Rasetsu (the three most powerful Orgs) merging together to form Ultimate Org Hyakkimaru. After that Org is defeated by GaoHunter, the three Orgs were completely drained of thier powers and reduced to statues sealed away in the Org Matrix.
Gaoranger[]
In 2001, the seal over the Org Master is released and the Org Spirits are unleashed on Earth. Ura is resurrected after Shuten's defeat by the Org Master because Shuten is deemed a failure. Arriving shortly after Shuten reveals his survival, Ura kills the Org and introduces himself ominously before leaving. Unlike Shuten, his goal is to gain enough power to kill the Gaorangers himself so he resurrects Rouki so that the Thousand-Year Evil will grow more powerful and he can eventually absorb it himself. Ura keeps tabs on the Wolf Org while he seeks to destroy the Gaorangers and, when he almost remembers his past, Nayzor uses an insect to control Rouki and keep his memories dormant. The Wolf Org gives the general the Power Animal Crystals he obtained from the Gaorangers so, after Rouki is changed back into Merrick, he uses them to create the powerful Quadra Org. The Org is too much for the Gaorangers until Tsukimaru morphs into GaoSilver and helps to kill it so Ura confronts him in a fit of rage. However, the Org is no match for the powerful warrior and is crippled by the Full Moon Slash and killed after being impaled Gao Hustler Rod.
Despite this, his crown survives and TsueTsue uses it to become Onihime only for it to be knocked off after her death. Eventually, Ura is able to resurrect himself using his crown and absorb the Thousand Year-Evil to become Super Ura. With his new power boost, he slaughters the Gaorangers except for Kakeru and Tsukigamo who flee before he rampages through the city. When Kakeru confronts the Org, he is completely overwhelmed until Futaro grants him the use of the Falcon Summoner which he uses to slay Ura. However, Ura then grows giant by himself and defeats Kakeru and Shirogane until the former's determination resurrects his teammates and allows the new GaoFalcon to fuse with five other Power Animals and form GaoIcarus. Against it, Ura is no match and is defeated by the Icarus Dynamite which he manages to survive but the Thousand-Year Evil is destroyed forever. Now completely helpless, Shirogane is able to destroy his crown to prevent him from resurrecting again and the Gaorangers easily kill him with the Evil-Crushing Hundred-Beast Sword.
Ura is later remembered as having been defeated by both Shirogane and Kakeru whilst the Gaorangers discuss thier past battles during the clean-up of Gao Rock.
Personality[]
Although he presented himself as a polite gentleman, Highness Duke Org Ura was a sadistic psychopath who gleefully slaughtered four of the Gaorangers without batting an eye. He was not even loyal to his subordinates, brainwashing TsueTsue and Yabaiba for disobeying him and never showing any respect for anyone but himself.

Ura[]
- Power: Ura was an incredibly strong Org, stronger than TsuTsue, Yabaiba, any of the Baron Orgs and Shuten but weaker than Rasetsu or Senki.
- Resurrection: Ura could resurrect Yabaiba and TsueTsue by firing a red energy spiral to where they died.
- Lightning Blasts: Ura could fire sprays of red lightning from his crown strong enough to cause massive explosions and take down all six Gaorangers with one hit.
- Energy Draining: Ura could also use his lightning to fatally drain his enemies of thier energy as seen with Shuten.
- Baron Org Creation: Ura was able to create Baron Orgs by inserting Org Spirits into mud puppets.
- Reformation: Ura could reform himself from his crown after enough time passed from his previous death.
- Evil Absorption: Ura absorbed the Thousand-Year Evil to gain a stronger form that before.

- Power: In his enhanced form, Ura was one of the most powerful enemies in Super Sentai history who easily slaughtered four of the Gaorangers and it took intervention from GaoGod to kill him.
- Gliding: Ura could glide forward and slice through his enemies at will.
- Lightning Blasts: Ura could fire sprays of red lightning from his eyes strong enough to cause massive explosions and send all six Gaorangers flying with one hit.
- Reviving: Ura could revive himself after his death.
- Enlarging: Ura was also able to make himself grow after his death.
