Urami Doubler (ウラミダブラー Urami Daburā, lit. Grudge Doubler) is a minor antagonist of Uchuu Keiji Gavan who appears in episode 36. She is an ochimusha-like Doubler who is filled with hatred and grudge against Gavan and wanted to kill him at any costs, hence by her name. She also has the ability to practive a voodoo magic against Gavan to torture him and disguised herself as a female movie actress by the name of Azusa Takatsuki (高月あずさ Takatsuki Azusa).
She is voiced by Asami Mukaidono. Her human form is portrayed by Ayumi Asaoka.
Biography[]
When Retsu was strapped in an audience chair where he was forced to watch the movie Revenge Against Gavan!, the Urami Doubler suddenly appears from the screen and went to attack him, even when they're outside. Later, the Doubler began to disguised herself as a movie actress named Azusa Takatsuki where she's having a conversation with a movie crew and gave Kojiro Oyama an autograph. While shaking their hands, Azusa briefly showing her real hands as it flickers for second, much to Kojiro's horror of seeing this.
Later, the Doubler cursing a picture of Retsu with a voodoo magic and hits it anywhere with a metal pin and a mallet, which the effect will receive a pain for him. When Retsu is being taken to an infarmary, the Doubler disguised herself as Azusa again and attempt to give him a white pill, but only for Retsu to slaps her away and the pill is dropped into a fishbowl, which resulted in a water turning red. Enraged, she transformed back into normal and attacked Retsu, before teleporting away to torture him by practicing voodoo magic on him. As the Doubler returned to attack him, Retsu transformed into Gavan and continued to fought against her. However, the Doubler later returned to practicing voodoo magic on Gavan in order to weakened him once more until they're dragged into a Makuu Space.
The Doubler then leading the fighters to fired at Gavan, which he had to call upon Dol and Gavion for backup. While Gavan is fighting through sets, the Doubler returned to practicing a voodoo magic on him to weakened him once again, until Gavan found the room where she was with a Laser Scope and destroy a picture of him with Silver Beam, thus freeing himself from being put under the Doubler's voodoo curse upon him. After summoning an illusions of Kurage Doubler and Hakkotsu Doubler against Gavan, the Doubler went back to fought against him until Gavan finished her off with Gavan Dynamic.
