Urbanshade are the overarching antagonists of the Roblox horror game Pressure.

They are a shadowy company and the primary organization behind the creation of the Hadal Division and many other subdivisions. Under Mr. Shade's management, their ultimate goal is to generate as much money as possible through the means of weapon supplies, military-related supplies, as well as commercial and consumer businesses.

Upon discovering anomalies for the first time, Urbanshade took a keen interest in their unique properties and their potential to generate even more profit. This led to them making it their sole purpose to find and exploit any anomalies they find profitable.

After the discovery of the Let-Vand Zone in 1961, they built the Hadal Blacksite, a facility deep underwater. There, they encountered even more anomalies. After founding the Hadal Division to handle the Hadal Blacksite, the facility has long since been Urbanshade's point of interest, due to its abundance of anomalous lifeforms, all of whom they fully intend to exploit.

History

Urbanshade was founded some time during the 1900s by Mr. Shade. The company's earliest history consisted of selling goods, weapons, services and private security. One day, during one of their usual security tasks, they found an anomaly. Fascinated by their unique properties, Urbanshade captured the anomaly and has long since prioritized capturing any anomaly they could find.

Trivia

• Despite (so far) committing less heinous acts compared to its inspiration, the SCP Foundation, Urbanshade is much more morally bankrupt and less sympathetic compared to the Foundation due to the fact that the SCP Foundation commits those actions for the greater good of humanity (& occasionally performs direct heroism themselves), while Urbanshade only do so to gain as much profit as possible, and will not shy away from causing immense casualties or even creating their own anomalies.
