Urek Mazino is a major antagonist in the action-adventure manhwa series, Tower of God. He is an irregular who holds the 4th rank and was deemed as the most powerful ranker just below Zahard, the King of the Tower. Accordingly, Rankers of lower levels have noted that his overall powers are about on the same height as Phantaminum, a mysterious ranker. He made his first appearance inside the test that took place in Zygaena, a giant whale-like creature in order to find the child of the animal for Princess Ha Yuri Zahard, as told by another Zahard's Princess, Jaina Repellista Zahard, and killed dozens of Rankers for his pleasure while inside before he took a nap and soon engaged in a battle against the Irregular Twenty-Fifth Baam.

Mazino is depicted as a good-looking towering man of muscular build with short blond hair and fearsome blood red-colored eyes, which appear to glow in the dark, giving him a frightening appearance from others. His ears have piercings and typically wears a white cap turned to the back. While he mostly appears shirtless and wear a white short, especially during his introduction, Mazino later dorns a black hoodie, black pants, and a pair of running shoes. On his back, is a tattoo showing six pair of wings with two cubes, sword, and stars on both sides, his name capitalized "MAZINO" written at the top, and a moon above.

Mazino is an extremely, prideful, arrogant, pitiless thrill-seeker with little to no esteem for those whom he deems as weak and average, taking pleasure to kill them. However, he is not quick to act and typically instead to have a little chat, such as during his encounter with Prince and Kang Horyang, mocking them for being mere Regulars, due to having easily dealt and murdered several Rankers with ease earlier. Fitting his attitude and choice of attire, his choice of words often includes words like "baby" whenever he is about to engage in battle, either expressing his excitement. He also has a laid-back demeanor, taking a nap while he is alone.

However, despite his cruelty, he has tendencies of warning his opponents that they will risk death if they battle and still some sense of moralities, including helping those whom he deemed as worthy and shows his respect to anyone who show courage and altruism, which was shown in his rather brief battle against Baam after the latter shielded one of his teammate from Mazino's attack.

Instead of taking away the Zygaena's Flower that Baam's teammate was pursuing, he showed sympathy to hand over the creature to Baam's other friends, saying it is a reward for Baam for protecting one of his friends against what he refers himself as the "Strongest Man". His thirst for fighting strong opponents lead him to be fearless with anyone.
