Uriel is a mini-boss and a minor antagonist in The Binding of Isaac, appearing in the game's "Angel Rooms" alongside Gabriel.
Biography[]
Uriel is encountered in "Angel Rooms" at first as a harmless statue, with these rooms first appearing clearing the Chest or the Dark Rooms . At first a harmless statue, Uriel is awakened if the player bombs the statue. causing him to descend from the sky. In terms of attacks, Uriel can either fire a spread shot of creep projectiles or fire beams of light in a cross-shaped ptatern. Once Uriel is defeated, he will drop the Key Piece 1 item, being one of the two items needed to unlock the Golden Gate guarding Mega Satan.

Uriel is a large, humanoid angel with a featureless face, a stereotypical halo of light above his head, and white cloth drapes around his body.
