Uruka is one of the minor villains in the video game The Witch and the Hundred Knight.

The Witch and the Hundred Knight[]
Uruka was one of the Witches who lived in the world of Medea. Eventually, Niike, a being set on culling universes from the multiverse, would appear in Medea and would be set to destroy it, however, Niike would fall in love with the maiden Aguni and would lose all interest in destroying the universe.
However, Uruka let this stand with her and the rest of the witches would still see Niike as a threat, worrying that he will destroy the universe after he either Aguni dies or Niike gets bored of Aguni. In order to prevent this from happening, Uruka would orchestrate a plan where she would have Aguni kidnapped to lure Niike away from the cities before Uruka and the rest of the witches attack and kill him, decapitating him which would cause a swamp to form which Aguni would drown in.
Still seeing Niike as a threat who could revive, Uruka would reduce Niike to his bones and would use them as seals for the mana that poured out of Niike's body. In order to get rid of all this mana, Uruka would create Metallia from Malia's DNA, a being who would slowly drain the mana of the swamp whenever she uses magic.
With all of her plans in place to prevent Niike from reviving, Uruka would act as the seal for the largest portion of Niike's mana, staying there for over 100 years.
Eventually, Metallia and Malia would find Uruka at the seal and would request an explanation. Uruka would explain everything including that Metallia had to go back to the swamp otherwise Niike would revive. When Metallia refused, Uruka would brainwash Malia into fighting her daughter to knock her out and take her back to the swamp.
When Hundred Knight defeated the brainwashed Malia, Uruka would plead with Metallia again. While this was happening, Aguni, having been resurrected as Mani the Fairy, would use this chance to kill Uruka to undo the seal.
Despite her death, Uruka's wish of ending Niike forever would succeed thanks to Metallia and Hundred Knight.
