Urumi Ushizaki is one of the character from Touhou Project, first appears as the 2th boss in Wily Beast and Weakest Creature.
She was once feared by human for luring them to drown at Sanzu river, but now she's has forbidding attacks on humans, she runs a fishery at Sanzu river.

Wily Beast and Weakest Creature[]
The heroine encounters Urumi in the middle of the Sanzu River. Urumi offers to send the heroine back to where they came from, but the heroine refuses. In response, Urumi threatens to feed the heroine to the ancient fish of the Sanzu River and initiates a danmaku duel. After being defeated, Urumi is surprised by the heroine's strength and respectfully allows them to proceed.
