Pure Evil Proposal: Kul Teska

I was speaking to a friend of mine and he brought up this rather nasty candidate. He wanted to propose him on TV Tropes but alas he was already brought up and approved over three years ago. However, I am surprised this candidate has not already been brought up here, and thus I am proposing him so that he can be approved.

Speak is a 1999 novel which received a 2004 film adaptation. The story revolves around the aftermath and trauma dealt to the protagonist Melinda Sordino after being sexually assaulted. Today's candidate is the perpetrator in question.

Note that the majority of this biography is taken from his Pure Evil Wiki page, as I was the one who wrote it.

Andy Evans is a high school student at Merryweather High School, who shares the same school as Melinda. He is revealed to be a sexual harasser and rapist who wa…

Mulan is a 1998 Renaissance Disney film, based on the ancient Chinese folktale Ballad of Mulan. It tells the story of the eponymous protagonist Fa Mulan, who disguises herself as a man and serves in the army in place of her senile father. The Chinese army is fending off a Hun invasion, and our candidate today is the leader of the Huns, Shan Yu.

Note: This synopsis is taken directly from the Pure Evil Wiki, which was written by me.

Shan Yu is the powerful and megalomaniac leader of the Xiongnu Hun army, who seek to invade and rule all of …
