Honestly, it was difficult to muster up the mental strength needed to make this proposal, especially given how revolting this candidate truly is. However, I felt the need to make this post after seeing that someone tried to put the Pure Evil category on his page so I decided he needed a discussion. Given the nature of the series, I recommend that you watch the explanation videos to understand the full extent of the his crimes.
What's the Work?[]
Lacey Games is a YouTube web series documenting a series of flash games about Lacey, a seemingly innocent girl who you're supposed to help in her adventures. However, the games are revealed to have some deeply unsettling secrets behind them. Most of these revolve around the horrific events that happen to Lacey herself. The series holds elements of Surreal and Psychological Horror.

Who is He?[]
Lacey's uncle is a major antagonist of Lacey Games. He is the unnamed uncle of Lacey who has severely abused her throughout her childhood. This abuse is a major reason why Lacey herself is so warped in the present.
What Has He Done?[]
Not much is known about the uncle but based on the messages shown from the grotesque ingredients in Lacey's Diner, it becomes clear that he constantly r-ped Lacey throughout her childhood and that he used her as an ashtray for his cigarettes. It's also implied that in Lacey's Petshop, he often put Lacey in a cage to the point where she felt comforted by it due to how normal it was. One day, the uncle killed Lacey's precious dog, Puddles, and when Lacey asks where the dog was, he laughs maniacally. After Lacey realizes that the uncle killed her dog, she justly kills him and puts his body under the bed. She later uses him as one of the ingredients in her toxic food that she serves to the customers in the alternate ending of Lacey's Diner.
Heinous Standards[]
He easily passes General Standards for r-ping Lacey and his killing of Puddles gives a great degree of personal villainy towards her. Lacey does serve poisonous food to her customers and is a proven cannibal but the uncle is definitely revolting enough in his cruelty to stand out. And before you ask, no, he doesn't rely on offscreen villainy. While we never directly see the abuse, there is enough evidence of it given the amount of condoms and cigarettes shown throughout the series. Furthermore, this abuse is the reason why Lacey is so unstable in the present. Honestly, I consider this enough evidence to prevent him from relying on off-screen villainy.
Now, the other issue that might come up is if the work is Shock Value. However, anyone who has seen the series will definitely say no. Despite how disturbing the topics of the videos are, they are handled with care and thought. The uncle's abuse is never directly shown and only indicated through on-screen evidence and Lacey's statements. Furthermore, Lacey Games has a message about highlighting the darker aspects of girlhood with the uncle's actions being used to show how dark it can actually be which shows that his actions aren't played for Shock Value.
With all this, he definitely deserved to be killed by Lacey.
Mitigating Factors[]
None. He's a clear cut Hate Sink with nothing redeeming or sympathetic on him.
Okay, I will admit that there are two factors I should address. One is characterization. The uncle never has dialogue throughout the story and never speaks. Despite that, I think he has enough characterization. The messages in Lacey's Diner indicate that he is rather lustful as shown by the pornographic magazines. He also laughs after killing Puddles, showing he's sadistic. Furthermore, Lacey describes him as someone who was focused on trying to keep his sins hidden and constantly neglected Lacey in favor of that. While Lacey is a psychotic girl, nothing implies that she's exaggerating any of her uncle's traits. When looking at this and Lacey's other statements, it becomes clear that he's physically abusive, a pedophile, a coward who’s afraid to be caught, a “pig who takes what it wants”, an addict and a sadist who we hear laugh. If we got Simon Wens who has two personality traits approved, I don’t see how this guy lacks characterization. You might argue that we never see his personality outright unlike Simon but we don't need characterized reactions or expressions for a villain to count. The Qu were recently approved as Pure Evil despite lacking dialogue and we don't see them directly outside of one picture. However, the descriptions of them are more than enough for them to have the needed characterizations. With this, I believe accurate descriptions alone are enough to characterize a villain enough for Pure Evil so I think Lacey's statements about him are enough for him to receive the needed characterization. As such, I don't consider characterization an issue.
The other factor is the continuity of the series. For the most part, it can come off as rather inconsistent with Lacey dying in different ways. However, I don't think this prevents the Uncle from counting as he never gains any redeeming qualities and is portrayed as completely awful in all of his appearances. Furthermore, the narrative never contradicts any aspects of his character or makes any retcons, which makes it possible for one to connect his known biography based on both of his appearances without any faults. As such, I doubt the continuity of the series prevents him from qualifying.
Verdict?[]
Gonna have to give an easy yes to this monster. While the series is ongoing, I doubt they'll be making more episodes with this guy in them and even if they did, the possibility that he gains humanizing qualities is incredibly laughable.
