Ok so it has been a while but I'm back with a fresh candidate that I first thought didn't do much. Then to my surprise they did warrant a page so with that out of the way let's go on with the proposal.
He just wants them to suffer!!!
Note: This won't be long due to how short the manga is.
What is the work?[]
The work is essentially an "after " tribute to Jetman taking place 5 years suceeding the original show. Of which were about 5 individuals with a power referred to as birdonic waves that allowed them to become Chojin Sentai Jetman (essentially a bird squadron). They fought against the Dimensional War Party Vyram who were tyrannical aristocrats that threatened Earth. At the end our heroes beat them and the traitorous of them seemingly perished. Gai (Black Condor) ended up passing so the Jetman parted ways.
Now our candidate is back to ruin their lives and will pull any trick to do it. In order to confront him they gain a new member named Jeff who replaces Gai, deciding to save Aya (Kaori and Ryu's daughter) but I'll get into that later. Ultimately the Jetman reassemble and are determined to defeat the new Vyram.
Who is he?[]
Our candidate is Radiguet who was the key member of the first Vyram invasion. He along with the other members were bent on destroying humanity but to achieve this he sadistically kidnapped Red Hawk (Ryu)'s girlfriend Rie and turned her into Maria. Each of these aristocrats were in it for themselves and Radiguet was the pinnacle of that. Double crossing his comrades and even killed an innocent woman.
Now after dying to the Jetman and damning them he has returned and possessed Tranza. Who he drove to insanity and landed into the mental hospital. In a quest of revenge Radiguet decided to attack Ryu his archenemy and ruin his now perfect life. In order to this it leads us into the plot itself.
What has he done?[]

Part I[]
Radiguet's spirit returns from the Back Dimension as he once told it would and enters the hospital the deranged Tranza lies in and possesses the former rival in an attempt to aquire a host body. Harboring resentment against the Jetman he plans to attack and torment them relentlessely. The Neo- Jetman who under unknown circumstances became active as protectors of peace (working for the same organization) likely suceeding the Jetman try to stop the remerged Radiguet. Although he easily beats them and captures them in order to make his foes gather.
Three of the heroes (Ryu, Akiko, and Raita) pilot Jet Icarus to beat Radiguet but even as Jetman with a mecha they are no match for the Tranza- Radiguet. After beating them he targets his archnemesis Ryu (Red Hawk) and takes him to a dimension with a different set of scientific properties and begins to put him through gruesome torture by killing him over and over again. All out of spite for what happened years ago. With a display of ego Radiguet then claims he could stop the fate worse than death if Ryu admits and bows to him as emperor. Being reminscient to what he did once to Tranza. Except Ryu refuses and before Radiguet could inflict more agony on Ryu Tranza starts to fight back.
Following this, the count is stabbed by his own saber and Ryu is quite shaken by this as he returns to his teammates. After being defeated Radiguet has no choice but to flee.
Part II[]
It is revealed in the second part that Radiguet in actuallity wants only revenge against Ryu and his family. At a mall Radiguet seizes the opporunity to take Ryu and Kaori's most loved thing in life, Aya their child. Even taunting Kaori that he shall raise her as his own child, to the former's horror. Radiguet proceeds to manipulate the age of Aya and transform her into Ruma his "daughter" who makes it her mission to slay the Jetman. Radiguet gives Ruma a gift but the latter gets a headache which is truly her memories trying to resurface.
The present Radiguet made was actually Mina who is used by Ruma to combat the Jetman. In fact they can't reach her and Jeff their newest Jetman member tries his hardest but loses faith. Radiguet observing this battle lets them know that Mina and Ruma are connected and share any damage when they are using Jet Icarus and Garuda against Mina. Mina actually is possessed by Radiguet and the latter stabs Jeff and Ruma through the chest when Jeff tries to save Ruma. Ryu strikes with rage and Jeff's helmet is cracked by the fierce count.
With both heroes on the brink of destruction Jeff tells Ryu to shoot both him and Radiguet ending it once and for all. Wanting to fulfil Aya's wish along with Jeff's one, Ryu shoots apparentely ending the two of them. Thanks to Mina though, Jeff is revived hereby escaping death and Radiguet desires him as a new suitable body. Although to his fury Tranza arrives and is prepared to take him to hell. Therefore with the destruction of Mina, Radiguet is killed with his spirit being destroyed forever this time.
Heinous Standard[]
Even though there were high heinous standards in the show the manga should be taken as its own therefore Radiguet need not be put with said antagonists from the tokusatsu.
As it was shown Ruma "his daughter" was made by Radiguet all she tried to do was kill the Jetman and same with Mina. They were Radiguet's pawns that were a means to an end. Radiguet himself and already put Ryu through a cycle of death and rebirth to torture him. Not to mention he brainwashed Aya and gave Mina as a gift. Meaning he sets the heinous standard for this work. Being responsible for everything even the crimes of Ruma, tempting her to do evil.
Mitigating Factors[]
None. This version is quite worse than his original counterpart. While he had previously kidnapped Rie out of chance, this time taking Aya was 100% intentional to repeat what had previously happened. In fact he finds joy and remembers how he originally did it. Not to mention he ruthlessely tortures Ryu making him bloody and stabbing him over and over again. Why? Just out of spite and taunts him like he once did to Tranza by convincing Ryu to call him Emperor.
That being said he has his grandiose ego even now as he has no qualms in hurting anyone. While Ruma may be his daughter he holds her as more of a pawn than a true loved one. Radiguet is a psychopath therefore when he needs to kill Jeff he without a blink of an eye stabs Ruma too. At that moment all he has on his mind is to taste the death of Ryu as it has always been. Even the gift Mina that he gave to Ruma was to drive her further into villainy.
Also he attempted to kill and overall toyed with Aya who was an infant. Showing he still had no remorse over harming a child cementing his lack of living creatures if it weren't already apparent.
Finally seeing their daughter become evil was supposed to break them meaning it was a twisted joke towards the Jetman and all a revenge plot.
Final Verdict[]
Hard Yes. Defintely more evil than his original counterpart.
