Thought I'd propose this one-shot demon-human hyrbid from the Angel TV Show's , Billy Blim.

Who is He? What Has He Done?[]

Billy Blim is a demon/human hybrid who has the power of misogyny. He infects any men who have hatred in their hearts with his powers and this leads them to try to kill any women around them. In the episode he actually  corrupts a man into beating his wife to death (I believe the crime scene is shown in the newspaper but it's been a while since I've seen the episode given it's removal from Netflix).

For his crimes he is sent to a hell dimension. When Lilah blackmails Angel into letting him go, Billy thanks her by infecting one of her employess which causes him to nearly beat her to death. When he is arrested, he infects the male cop which causes him to break the female cop's nose and he is shot by her in self-defense-just so he can escape.

He later arrives at his cousin's party where he threatens to infect his guests if the later doesn't help him escape from Las Angeles. When Cordelia and Angel track him down, Billy tries to infect Angel, whom he knows is a vampire, into killing Cordelia. However Angel is not affected by it so Billy tries to beat him to death out of anger and later tries to absorb power from Hell to kill them both before Lilah shoots him to death.

Also, Billy left a blood sample behind which Wesley took to study, which results in one of the darkest Buffyverse moments where he tries to kill his friend and crush Fred Burkle and nearly succeeds until she knocks him out. The same happens to Gunn when he picks up the same sample to look at it.

Miltigating Factors?[]

He has no Freudian excuse. And I highly believe there's no reason to believe he's made of evil. For one thing he's a demon-human hybrid. According to the directors, he was conceived when his mother (a peaceful demon) was raped by a human man, though then again this suffers too much from Word of God as it's just in commentary. However i think it's evident that he takes personal pleasure in what he does and has his own grudge against men and women. He holds a vendetta against men for throwing away everything they care about for wanting what's "under women's skirts" and he knows what hurts others as he threatens to infect his cousin's party guests unless he helps him. He also makes it clear in his own words that he's never hurt a woman before and that he just likes to watch. He's also seen smiling as he hears Lilah being beaten in her office and as the cop tries to kill the female cop. What's even worst is he thinks men are actually worst than women yet the women get the harder end of the stick when he's involved given they're usually beaten to death.

Heinous Standards?[]

This is where I'm a little iffy. While it's been a while since I've seen any show, I know the heinous standards are INSANELY high. You have most of the big bads who literally try to send the entire world into a Hell dimension and one shots who commit acts of slavery, child murder and implied pedophilia. However Billy is basically a one man plague. He infects any men he comes across which gives good reason to believe he'd try to infect the whole world, turning every woman's husband or lover against her in the worst way possible just over some pity vendetta he has against men and women.

Conclusion?[]

I'd say he counts.
