I feel that Peter Craig from the Twilight Zone should be removed from the Pure Evil category since the damage he causes to the little people aren't dwelled in and that the other pure evil villains including Lutze have committed far more heinous actions. He was more a spoiled child who got the taste of power for the first time rather than pure evil
