Elden Ring is the most recent installment of From Soft's "Soulsborne" series of ridiculously difficult yet satisfying dark fantasy RPGs.

In the realm of the Lands Between, Queen Marika the Eternal and her children ruled over the domain with the titular Elden Ring, the source of power in the omniscient colossal Erdtree that granted its user great power. But one day the Elden Ring shattered and the children were provided with Great Runes that made them as strong as demigods. The Scarecrow is a 2000 direct-to-video animated musical film produced by Warner Bros. made back when every animated movie from the '90s and early '00s was a musical film trying to cash in on the Disney Renaissance.

Loosely based on the 1852 short story Feathertop by Nathaniel Hawthorne, the titular scarecrow is brought to life by a kind old witch to look after a girl named Polly, who hides her silver coins underneath his post. Scarecrow soon falls in love with Polly, so the witch grants him a magic feather that turns him human, as long as he's holding it. Taking the name Feathertop, the scarecrow becomes determined to help Polly and make her fall in love with him. Howe…

Godzilla vs. Evangelion is a crossover project between Godzilla and Neon Genesis Evangelion, particularly Shin Godzilla and the Rebuild of Evangelion anime films. It's exactly as it says: Godzilla and his adversaries existing in the Evangelion world where NERV and the Eva units battle the king of the monsters, mistaking him for an Angel. However, the true culprit reveals himself, and it's our good pal, King Ghidorah.

He only plays a role in the 4-D ride and the follow-up pachinko games, so those are the ones I'll be discussing.

As revealed in the pachinko games, Ghidorah is an Angel, a race of eldritch monstrosities keen on destroying humanity, although it's never sta…

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is the latest installment of the Zelda series, this one unique as it's actually Zelda who must save Link from Ganon the Demon King.

Link and other portions of the Hyrule Kingdom is sucked into mysterious rifts, and an imposter of the king frames Zelda. With the help from a fairy named Tri who grants her the Tri Rod, Zelda escapes from the dungeon and goes on a quest to stop the rifts and save the kingdom with her collection of Echo summons. Gotta Echo 'em all!

At first Ganon is assumed to be the culprit, but turns out things go deeper than that. A lot deeper.

Long before the existence of Hyrule, the universe was simply just a void with a single…
