Worst villain ever?
Hello users, I would like everyone who reads this to take the time to respond to my question. Who do you think is the most wicked and evil villain of all time? I know there will be much debate and controvesy surronding this question, but I just want to see where everyone stands on this.
The only rule is that the character must be considered a Complete Monster. Other than that, you are free to go wild and suggest any villain weather it be from a Movie, TV Show, Video Game, Cartoon, Anime, Liturature, or anything else you can think of.

Hey everyone, some of you may remember that a while ago, this wiki had a page that was a complete list of every single page on villains wiki. Unfortunatly, that page has since been deleted because it was deemed "unessesary". Personally I miss this page, I enjoyed looking at all the villains in one page all at once, and I'm sure I'm not the only one! If anyone sees this and agrees, I want you to reply and tell me so. If enough people reply, then maybe the admins will consider re adding the list! Please help.
Viruses?
Recently, I added an article about the Viruses for Agar.io. However, I am now having second thoughts about it! Shound thy really be considered villains? I would like some other people's opinions on this.
