PE Proposal: Fuhrer Ugly (One-Punch Man)
This might be the first proper proposal from the One-Punch Man franchise, which is a bit surprising given that it is a very popular anime/manga series, but also understandable given that the heinous standards are so astronomically high. In any case, I am excited to be the one to actually make this, regardless of how it goes. Those that read the manga will know who this character is and will probably not be that surprised that I decided to propose him as the first (and at least for now only) candidate in the series given that he is known in the fandom to be one of the most evil and cruel villains. PE Proposal: Belzebuth (Shingeki no Bahamut)
Here is my second and, at the moment, last proposal for the anime series of Shingeki no Bahamut. After recently proposing the main antagonist of the franchise Gilles de Rais, a personal favorite of mine, I think it is fair for my next candidate to be the secondary antagonist of the franchise. This one might not be as straight forward as my previous two proposals, mainly because Gilles puts the heinous standards at such a high level that the argument for Belzebuth might be a bit more complex, but overall I would say he have a shot at qualifying just like his "ally".

PE Proposal: Gilles de Rais (Shingeki no Bahamut)
] Here it is, my second Pure Evil Proposal, this time for a villain which is among my favorites from an anime. This should be a pretty straight forward case given his scale and overall cruelty, being able to collect a lot of heinous crimes and pass the Moral Event Horizon several times despite being from a relatively short anime (only 12 episodes). This show might also have another candidate, but he is definitely not as solid as him, so I think it's fair to start with the one that qualify far easier. ] So here we are, my first Pure Evil Proposal! I already had in mind the first candidate I wanted to bring up, and I want to discuss him mainly because he is a pretty straight forward one despite being niche. He is from a indie horror game that is unfortunately not as popular as others and I figured that no one else would propose him, so it was the best character to start things off.
