Hi hello, welcome to my 1st proposal. With the arrival of No 1. Sentai Gozyuger this month and Super Sentai's 50th anniversary, i thought i came up an idea to propose this demon and start off with an easy candidate. So without further ado, here's my proposal of Hell's Angel from J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai.
What's the work?[]
J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai is the 2nd entry of the long running Super Sentai franchise since 1975 that started with Himitsu Sentai Gorenger made by Toei and Bandai which ran from 1977 with 35 episodes and 1 movie which crossed over with Gorenger. The show unfortunately got cancelled because it received some poor ratings and it was too dark for a kids series.
A global empire known as Crime with a connection of thugs, cyborg assassins who wants to become the most powerful mafia in the world. To fight against the Crime organization, ISSIS was created and with his commander from Tokyo named Daisuke Kujirai made a radical experiment to help him aid his forces in Japan. When taking the codename known as "Joker", he hires four subjects to use his cyborg enhancement project that was used on Goro Sakurai (Spade Ace), Ryu Higashi (Dia Jack), Karen Mizuki (Heart Queen), Bunta Daichi (Clover King) and after they were surgically upgraded to their powers, they're given the name J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai to stop the Crime global empire.
Who is Hell's Angel and what has he done?[]
Hell's Angel (or well known as Crime's Pied Piper of Hamelin) is an Invader Robot from Crime who wants to brainwash children with his horn, so that he can use them in order complete his plan to trap JAKQ and complete his laser to defeat them.
Hell's Angel was seen going after the kids while they're running away from him and he did say that he was nice. When the children stopped running away from him, Hell's Angel pulls out his bone flute and as the rhythm is playing, the children started dancing meaning that they're officially hypnotized within his music.
While he was at the playground where he's been using his flute to attract more children within his hypnosis from his flute and turning them into his slaves. After he was confronted by Goro (Spade Ace), he also made the kids to help him build his solar infrared cannon which he was going to use it to attack JAKQ's Headquarters and also was going to be used to kill JAKQ. After Goro broke Hell's Angels' bone flute and while he's evacuating the children for safety, it was revealed by Goro that Hell's Angel placed the badges on the children's clothing are bombs which he was going to use them to blow up the Sky Ace if boarded. He has an extra spare bone flute which he used to hypnotize the children again. Hell's Angel then tells his Crimers to lock up Goro and he was going to test his solar infrared cannon on him first.
While the rest of JAKQ were tied up hostage in order for Hell's Angel to test the cannon on them with 15,000 degrees of light and heat and continues to take care of the children as well but was interrupted by Big One who was dressed up as a magician to stop the process on killing JAKQ with his cannon. After JAKQ defeated the Crimers and was time to face on with Hell's Angel, he grabbed his spare bone flute once again to trap them with his dancing music which made some earthquakes until he was destroyed by the Big Bomber and thus breaking his spare bone flute.
Mitigating Factors[]
Well, he did claim that he liked kids, says that they're cute and wants to have fun with them and wanting to have fun outdoors but however, he's been using the children as his slaves in order to build the solar infrared cannon in order to defeat JAKQ and also to blow up their headquarters as well. He got upset when Karen (aka Heart Queen) doesn't want a kiss from him and decided to rework his plan after he was first confronted by JAKQ after he got off a rollercoaster while being dizzy. He also did claimed to the kids that he was nice, even though he's a member from Global Organization Crime. The bombs that he was using on the children did negate the factors itself. He was a bit comedic at the start of the episode where he was having fun at the playground. Boss Iron Claw did get upset about his death but that wasn't shown on screen plus its unknown whether Hell's Angel cared for him or not.
Heinous Standards[]
When it comes to his heinous standards, unlike other villains in the show and even though he's a one-shot villain plus Super Sentai's heinous standards are high even though the show was aired on the Showa Era plus the show is completely dark for a kids series, Hell's Angel caused mass brainwashing on dozens of children with his bone flute which lured them away from their homes, using them as his slaves to build his solar infrared cannon and placing bombs on them with his badges where it was gonna be used to blow up Sky Ace which survived after Goro made it lift off after it was ignited. While Goro (Spade Ace) did yelled at the brainwashed kids that he's terrible murderer, he didn't kill anyone but was trying to by using his solar infrared cannon at JAKQ and attack their headquarters with it as well.
