This is a proposal of Skonk from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 TV series.
I was originally going to do a proposal of him before i changed my mind and made a proposal of Sadist Gougan, which is now approved. But thankfully The Pro-Wrestler grant me a permission to do the honor since he is busy with other candidates.
What's the work?[]
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is an American animated television series based on a comic book series developed by Lloyd Goldfine. It was first aired on February 8, 2003 and ended on March 27, 2010. The show can be considered to be the darkest adaptation of the franchise due to closely being similiar to the original comic book series. Like the original comic book series, the series follows the story of four anthropomorphic turtle brothers Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo who trained in ninjutsu to fight against evil in New York City.
Who is he?[]
Skonk is a minor antagonist in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 TV series, first appeared as a main antagonist of the episode "H.A.T.E.". He is the leader of the terrorist organization called H.A.T.E. (Humans Against The Extraterrestrials).
What he has done?[]
When Raph and Mikey are playing shooting apples with an arrow while Don were picking up apples, they happened to run over the wounded man, who has been shot in the shoulder by a group of people. When one of his men asked him if hunting down one of them is going too far, Skonk rebuffs at this and ordered them to look for the man to be killed for his betrayal while he will make some preparations for the base.
Back at the base, Skonk make a speech of presumed alien in New York City and unveiled an explosive device called thermonuclear device in a truck to explode an area in the city called "alien central". Later, he announced that the bomb is ready to go and asked them why haven't the patrols reported in. Noticing an ATV going up to hill, he was shocked to see those weapons in here and a fuel spilled from it. After Don using a taser to set a fuel on fire and make a fire trail towards the ATV, Skonk ordered his men to take over before an ATV explodes and Raph and Don runs off to a warehouse. When they were investigating a bomb inside a truck, Skonk caught them red-handed before he could shoot them. However, Don managed to disarmed the weapons from him. Cornered by Raph and Don, Skonk sprayed a mace at their faces before he drives off with truck with a bomb inside.
While driving with a bomb with him, he noticed Raph and Don are chasing him and tried to get away from them. Don jumps off to the back of the truck to disarmed an explosive device while Raph jumped off to the driver's seat to deal with Skonk. However, their scuffle caused Don to accidentally cut down the wrong wire. After knocking off Skonk unconciously by punching him in the face, Raph jumped off from the truck with him. Don also jumped off with a plutonium core he already removed before the bomb explodes inside a truck. Finally, Raph and Don tied him up and leave him with a plutonium core for the cops to be captured.
Heinous standard[]
Just like what i mentioned, the 2003 TV series was the darkest adaptations of the franchise like the original comic book series, but still aimed for children. So, let's compared with other TMNT 2003 PEs, while Utrom Shredder started multiple wars for profit, the Necro Monster corrupted others into his slaves, Savanti Romero vowed to erase all humanity, the future counterpart of Utrom Shredder successfully taking over the world and enslaved many people here, the Councilor manipulating his kind to eat other species for his own amusement, Skonk planned to trigger a nuclear bomb on New York City to exterminate all "aliens" here.
As the leader of Humans Against the Extraterrestrials (H.A.T.E.), Skonk created an explosive device named thermonuclear device to detonate it on New York City and explode the entire city because he thought that it was the source of "aliens", not caring if there are thousands will died in here. He's also a merciless individual as he ordered his men to hunt another member who was terrified of his plan and trying to quit.
Mitigating factors[]
Many others thought that Skonk was a "well-intentioned extremist", but they are WRONG since he's actually a delusional madman who wanted to destroy the New York City by detonating a bomb in here to explode it as he thought that it was an "alien source". Wow, you think how foolish he was? He didn't even cared about his group either as he was hunting down a man who defected them and showing no concern of him when one of his men asked it. In addition, he never really cared there are really many innocent people on town if he detonated a bomb here, but if he did, everyone will die from gigantic explosion and he would still be arrested for committing mass murder and terrorism.
Final verdict[]
Let's just say he may be qualified as his comic book counterpart. Anyone else?
