Happy Lunar New Year, everyone! So today, we're talking about a classic Filipino movie based on real-life events from the 60s called Kisapmata. I heard someone brought him up which makes me curious and began to check out the article of the movie on Wikipedia. Now becoming interested of seeing it, I decided to watch the movie for real and find it very great to watch thanks to Mike de Leon's excellent film directing.

PE Proposal: Offshore Prison Warden
Looks like Fire Lord Ozai is not the only one in the original series who became a solid PE, just like any other one-shot villains like Dick Hardly or Shou Tucker who became PE villains, i think the Offshore Prison Warden may have a chance to stand out due to having unique crimes of his despite the high heinous standards of the entire Avatar franchise.
While i don't think of him being stand out due to the heinous standards of the franchise, i was surprised someone has brought him up, but enough about this, let's talk about a one-shot villain voiced by the legendary George Takei.

Looks like his younger son Yatsu is not the only one who's qualified as PE, but it turns out his monstrous father could stand out like him as well. After re-downloading the movie and rewatch the childhood background scene, i'll try to write and propose the father of both protagonist and antagonist of the movie.
I'll have to say that his vile and monstrous legacy has brought an impact on his sons which is what made him responsible for everything in the second movie, so there's nothing wrong with comparing to his youngest son Yatsu. In other words, let's get it started shall we?
