Who is he?[]
Kitazaki is one of the main villains from Kamen Rider Faiz. He is an Orphnoch, a species that is the next stage of evolution for humanity, and a member of the Lucky Clover, a quartet of assassins tasked with going after any Orphnochs who oppose the cause of wiping out humanity.
What does he do?[]
Unlike his fellow Orphnochs, Kitazaki isn't really interested in ensuring a future for the Orphnochs. He's only driven by two things: a love for killing and a desire to be the strongest. When the main character bests him in combat at one point, Kitazaki goes on a rampage killing innocent people just to taunt him. Kitazaki's bloodlust isn't solely focused on humans or rogue Orphnochs however and at several points in the series he abuses Orphnochs who are on his side.
Moral Event Horizon[]
Overall, Kitazaki commits two atrocities that really demonstrate his cruelty. The first happens prior to the series and is when he massacred the students of an orphanage called the Ryusei School purely for the lulz, in the process emotionally scarring the main character when he tried to help.
The second occurs after the Orphnoch King is awakened. See, the Orpnhochs have a genetic instability that will cause them to eventually dissolve to dust due to evolving from a human to fast. The Orphnoch King is an extremely powerful Orphnoch that has the power to correct this instability. However, when Kitazaki learns of the Orphnoch King's strength, he goes to kill its host, a CHILD, just to prove himself the strongest Orphnoch, even though killing the King would doom the entire Orphnoch race.
Final Verdict[]
I'd say he's a definite Pure Evil, easily one of the most cruel villains in Faiz, and he was already added before the category was removed for no reason.
