So...I've been spending a lot of time watching the HBO series Game of Thrones lately, and I'm honestly wondering why Walder Frey isn't in the PE category.
So to start with, Walder is the head of House Frey. While he initially appeared to be a harmless old man who was...a bit weird and creepy at the most, we see just how evil he is in season 3 when he orchestrates the Red Wedding (one of the most brutal massacres in the series) along with Tywin Lannister and Roose Bolton and sadistically watches as tons of people are being slaughtered. When Catelyn threatens to kill his wife, Walder simply says "I'll find another wife" and casually watches as Catelyn and Robb are killed. He feels absolutely zero remorse over the massacre and …

Here's a really heinous character that I'm proposing to be Pure Evil. This one is General Morando from the TV show known as 3 Below, the second installment to the Tales of Arcadia trilogy. Although only Part 1 of 3 Below has been released, this character has become so diabolical there's no point in redeeming him now.

(Does the character have a define personality? Or is it a one-dimensional character such as a mindless destroying beast?)
General Morando is not one-dimensional. He's a sadistic and cold-blooded tyrant who is very clever, and enjoys hurting others. He is also motivated by envy and a hunger for power, as he wants to overthrow King Fialkov and Queen Coranda as the ruler of the alien planet Akiridion-5.

    (Does the c…

All right. Another EP from me. The thing is, the character being discussed doesn't even have a page yet, so I'll add it after this discussion concludes. And no, no picture of the character is available, in case you're wondering. So the picture below is simply the cover image.

The House of the Scorpion is a 2002 dystopian novel by Nancy Farmer. It is about a boy named Matt who lives in a country called Opium. He is a clone of the ruthless drug lord El Patrón, and is treated as an outcast as a result. He is frequently bullied and abused. Fortunately, El Patrón seems to care about him. Or does he?

The main antagonist is El Patrón, the most powerful of the drug lords, and he is the ruler of Opium. He had around seven siblings, but h…

Except for Faye, i think that Mark and Jack could both qualify for PE just like Alan Yates.

Very similar to Alan, both Mark and Jack are fully aware of the fact that they are evil, and they take pleasure of killing and raping.

While the cannibals are not exactly "saints", Alan Yates and his crew are the true villains of the movie, since they are the ones that started all the conflict between the crew and the yamomomo tribe.

They burned an entire village full of people, and they gang-raped a girl. When Alan was going to stop the film to Save Faye, Jack convinced him to keep recording, so, in some kind of way, Jack killed the only redeemable quality that Alan could possibly have, turning him into a PE.

    They have weapons, cameras, and…

First of all, I want to make it short and say what the mitigrating factors are that for me he can't count. He sometimes feels mentally insane and just insecure in what he does, especially in front of his parents. He thought they were torturing him but it was just to cure him. The other thing and that's the most obvious one, that he clearly shows remorse to his mother in saying "I'm so sorry what I did to you, mom!" and nearly got maybe redeemed. And it's not just his fault he doesn't, because his mother attacked him with the scissors. And on the Pure Evil category clearly stands that a Pure Evil villain never can feel anything for other living beings, no remorse and had no redeeming features. But Kilgrave does have remorse and …
